What we can take back
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

How to start a return
Email orders@paradisecityhawaii.com or call (808) 312-4895 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll confirm whether the item qualifies and tell you where to send it.
Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, and don't return product to the manufacturer — it won't reach us and we won't be able to refund it.
You're responsible for return shipping unless the return is our error.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email orders@paradisecityhawaii.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and the product. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Please keep the original box until the claim is settled — the carrier may need to inspect it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days to appear on your statement.
Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts may receive a partial refund or be declined.
If a refund hasn't shown up after ten business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at orders@paradisecityhawaii.com and we'll trace it.
Exchanges
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To exchange one, email orders@paradisecityhawaii.com with your order number and photos.
