Tips:
• Start with P.E.P. to ensure the nail plate is thoroughly cleansed and prepared.
• Turn bottle upside down and roll between palms of hands to blend.
• Apply a thin layer of CREATIVE PLAY™ Base Coat. Allow to dry.
• Apply two thin layers of CREATIVE PLAY™ Nail Lacquer.
• Finish with a thin layer of CREATIVE PLAY™ Top Coat.
